This new update to EthnoForms brings numerous improvements to the creation and distribution of questionnaires. It notably enhances quota management, calendars, and appointment scheduling, while also offering greater customization options for forms and objects.
Email sending and automation features have also been enhanced to facilitate collection and communication scenarios.
Finally, several ergonomic optimizations and corrective measures improve the overall stability of the platform and the user experience.
- Quotas: A new button in the questionnaire toolbar allows you to set quotas for multiple-choice qualitative questions. These quotas can then be used in page break conditions: if quotas are reached/not reached, then display the message/continue to page x
- Adding the Agenda object: a CSV file containing meeting details must be imported. You can choose to hide full time slots and display the number of taken places, remaining places, and total places.
- Subject: Language change: added the option "Go directly to the next page after selecting the language"«
- Calculation object: added the ability to choose the number of decimal places
- Subject: Appointment booking by email: added the option "Send invitation for page validation" if you want to reference elements present on the same page
- Subject: Sending email: Adding CC and BCC fields, and as with the recipient, you can choose whether to use a static email address or the answer to a question. For each of the Recipient, CC, and BCC fields, it is possible to include multiple email addresses (separated by a semicolon).
- Subject: Appointment Scheduling (iCalendar): Adding an optional participant, and as with the required participant, you can choose whether to use a static email address or the answer to a question. Rich text is possible for the email content, and the label is editable.
- Questionnaire customization: option to modify side margins, top margin, and button height
- Image object: ability to change the image size
- Added the Mixed Table object: to include questions of different types
- Choice table: option to specify whether the choice is single or multiple
- Shared Questionnaire – Automation Module: The automation module is now accessible and editable by all users in the group to which a questionnaire has been shared. Previously, only the questionnaire creator had access.
- URL link for template images: option to include a link to an image in an email template instead of importing an image.
- Results tab: option to delete individuals via the red trash can icon, located at the top right of the data grid.
- List of unsubscribed users: click on the email address located in the upper right corner > Profile > Unsubscribe tab
- Fixed a bug in lists/repositories
- Translation module: ability to copy text from Excel with line breaks into a cell
- Page break condition: correction of the Next Page function

Mobi-Survey 2
Version 2.1.42 of Mobi-Survey 2 brings several technical improvements and fixes aimed at strengthening the reliability of the application.
This update notably improves the handling of calculated questions and Time fields with more precise support for seconds.
Optimizations have also been made to the server connection in order to improve the stability and overall performance of the application.
