UX (user experience)

The idea of UX (user experience) is to evaluate user satisfaction for a product or service, in order to improve the product or service, its presentation or access mode.
User Experience concerns visibility, accessibility, perception, coherence, usefulness and user feelings regarding ergonomic qualities and functions of the product in question.
A good user experience leads to satisfaction, sales performance and brand awareness. This notion is followed-up by marketing, communication and design professionals, especially in the digital field.
User Experience is about ergonomics, technique and emotions at the same time.
