An in-Depth interview is an interview in which the respondent
can freely express himself, detailing as much as possible his opinion about a specific
subject.
The role of the interviewer is to guide and orient the flow of information according to the
subject of study. It is referred as semi-conductive interview.
This type of interview focuses on significant elements for the study issue. An in-Depth
interview is conducted in marketing researches in which interviewers use survey software to
target individuals with high potential of information to transfer.
