    • To support, advise and resolve problems related to the use of software.<\/li><\/ul>

      • Design, write and maintain documentation, advice sheets and tutorials.<\/li>
      • Participate in improving the user experience by creating and maintaining an online helpdesk.<\/li><\/ul>

        • Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance operations on client applications.<\/li>
        • Collaborate with internal teams as needed.<\/li><\/ul>
